Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food & beverage sector.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
