Job Description
- Ensure the smooth and successful graduation of all program participants.
- Coordinate and oversee all requirements for successful program completion, strictly adhering to predefined program timelines, processes, and activities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including country People & Organization (P&O) Program Champions, Learning & Development teams, and functional business leaders, to secure the required resources and support for program success.
- Collaborate with functional managers and the Talent Management & Learning and Development (TM L&D) teams to design and implement Individual Development Plans aligned with program objectives, rotation plans, and business priorities.
- Assess graduates’ skills, capabilities, and performance to identify suitable long-term roles within the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to match graduates and UAE Nationals with appropriate roles aligned to their qualifications, performance, and career aspirations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of UAE Nationals throughout the program, providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to support their success.
- Conduct structured performance reviews and regular check-ins to identify development gaps and implement targeted interventions.
- Identify high-potential graduates and establish a structured talent pool to support succession and key role pipelines across functions and countries.
- Collaborate with country P&O Talent Management teams to assess, develop, and prepare graduates for future leadership and strategic roles.
- Work closely with country P&O Talent Management teams to identify and nominate high-potential graduates as Emerging Talent.
- Conduct regular monthly touchpoints with graduates to maintain open communication, address concerns, and provide updates on program progress.
- Own and manage the P&O headcount and budget allocated to the graduate program.
- Bachelor's degree, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A master's degree in HR or a relevant discipline is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management, graduate programs, or similar roles.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent development strategies, and performance management processes.
