Role Summary
The Senior Finance Manager Marketing, will act as a strategic partner to the Marketing VP, bridging creative ambition with financial discipline to optimize marketing investments,oversee financial governance, from annual planning to real-time performance tracking, ensuring maximum ROI across diverse channels. The role involves validating marketing experiments, integrating advanced analytics, and driving operational excellence in financial processes.
ROLE PROFILE

• Partner with Marketing Leads to optimize budgets across channels like Digital, Radio, Social, PR, and Partnerships.
• 
  Build ROI models, validate A/B tests, and translate results into scalable investment strategies.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and governance for marketing activities, ensuring alignment with corporate targets.
• Develop dashboards for real-time performance tracking and facilitate Investment Boards for capital reallocation.
• Act as a critical advisor to Marketing Directors, integrating MMM and Attribution models into financial processes.
• Streamline vendor processes for compliance and accurate accruals.
• Analyze data from marketing experiments to bridge clicks with financial profit.
• Influence marketing mix strategies across global markets to drive growth.
  

Requirements

  Get Hired
  10+ years of finance experience, with 3+ years partnering with Marketing or Growth functions in a multinational.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; professional qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or MBA).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite).
• Deep understanding of modern marketing metrics, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and statistical literacy for A/B testing.
