Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables


  • Interaction with Project teams, Compilation & analysis of investment, Material Cost, contributions, Pricing, IRR Computations, make vs buy analysis, special approvals as per capex policy etc.. Candidate is expected to ensure robustness of assumptions for Business Case preparation.
  • Preparation of meaningful and insightful Project MIS, budget spends and cashflows. Track the progress of projects with respect to Business Case assumptions - product cost, investments, cash flow etc.
  • Coordination with Project teams and CPE for for timely budget release.
  • Capex / Revenue Budget – coordinate with users, scrutiny & summarization of proposals, coordination of approval.
  • Compilation of quarterly Capex Cash Flows data and presentations for review
  • Provide assistance in legal drafting of Consultancy Agreements (foreign consultants) and resolving commercial conditions/ taxation / other legal issues such as IPR Arbitration, Cancellation, Conflict Resolution etc
  • Handling Risk Assessment of projects, coordinating forex payments, Economics, Taxation aspects
  • Undertake IT dash board development, automation of processes, documentation of various internal process, ensure appropirate internal controls etc.
  • Any other matters related to project Accounting and general Accounting.


Experience


6-8 yrs. experience with Excel /SAP knowledge
