Manipal Hospital, Dwarka is looking for Deputy Manager Finance. Candidate with 3-8 years experience in managing Finance and Accounts, Finance Control, Budgeting,

Qualification: CA/ MBA (Regular only)

? To provide financial reports and budgets to achieve the goals of the hospital

? Responsible for the hospitals financial, accounting and credit functions

? To ensure timely receipts from Debtors.

? To monitor the performance matrices and take corrective and preventive actions as per quality standards defined.

? On time accurate submission of analysed reports and any deviations to be brought to the notice of management.

? To engage with the unit finance team through various initiatives like training, performance management, continual feedback, coaching and reward and recognize people in order to motivate them to deliver desired results

? Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the unit hospitals finance and administrative operations.

? To set targets for the finance employees working in the unit
