Head Of Marketing

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Head to lead international business development and marketing for our apparel manufacturing operations. The role will focus on US clients and managing sourcing/operations across Bangladesh and Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end marketing and business development for the apparel business
• Manage and grow relationships with US / North American buyers
• 
  Develop strategies for market expansion and new client acquisition
• Coordinate closely with overseas manufacturing units in Bangladesh & Egypt
• Lead buyer negotiations, pricing, and commercial discussions
• Own revenue growth, key accounts, and overall marketing strategy
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in marketing / business development within the apparel or garment industry

• Strong exposure to US clients and international buyers
• Hands-on experience working with export houses / buying houses
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
