Location: Ahmedabad (Sindhubhavan)

Description:

Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative with expertise in Sales Coordination and MIS Reporting. This role will play a key part in driving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will manage inbound leads, qualify prospects through outbound calls, close sales, and maintain sales reports to monitor performance and guide decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Inside Sales: Handle inbound leads, make outbound calls to qualify prospects, and generate interest in our products/services.
  • Lead Qualification & Conversion: Collaborate with channel partners, identify decision-makers, and close sales to meet/exceed targets.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports to track sales performance and lead progress.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, documenting all customer interactions, sales activities, and conversions.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in inside sales, sales coordination, or MIS reporting.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven success in generating and closing sales via outbound calls and lead qualification.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and other reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Sheets).
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) for managing leads and tracking sales.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Analytical: Strong ability to analyze and interpret sales data and reports.
  • Multitasking: Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
