Description
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst / Marketing Data Analyst to help us design, develop and implement our analytic and BI solutions for APAC Marketing. Marketing Analyst / Marketing Data Analyst responsibilities include integrating and analyzing acquired data, establish visualization solutions, and enable business users to utilize BI platform to exploit opportunities. If you have a background in Marketing Analytics and Data Analytics with analytics tools like Domo and Microsoft Power BI, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us ensure we utilize our regional investment efficiently and suggest data driven strategies effectively.Responsibilities
- Understandbusiness partners requirementsand data sources, then turn into actionable insights
- Designdata flowanddata structurefor project implementation and maintenance
- ConductETLtasks includingdata integration, movement, transformation, cleansing and storagewithin the BI tool
- Design, develop, create, and deploy integratedBI solutionsincluding reports and dashboards by leveraging BI tool
- Report on marketing KPIs likeleads, conversion rates, website traffic, EDM click through rate and social media engagement
- Performuser acceptance testing(UAT) and user demo to obtain business product owner acceptance
- Establish procedures fordata sharingwith internal and external stakeholders
- Train and enable business partners to understand and present information to facilitate day-to-day decision making
- Managedata quality, accessibility, consistency and readinessby regular monitoring, incidents resolve to ensure corporate analytics capabilities
- ProvideROI analysisof allmarketing campaignsand sales activities to maximize effectiveness
- Collaborate with regional and localmarketingand IT teams to identify opportunities for system integration or IT solution implementation
- At least 3 years working experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, BI Developer, Marketing Analyst, or similar role
- Tertiary education inMarketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant fields
- Ability to deliver marketing reporting dashboards from collecting user requirements,identifying data sources, developing SQL codes for data preparation to developing visualizations in BI platform, testing and conduct user training under minimal supervision
- Expert in data visualization tool such as Domo / Power BI / Tableau / Qlik Sense (Domo is desirable)
- Experience indata integration, data modelling, data curating and data normalization
- Prior experience working withmarketingandcustomer datafrom multiple applications or systems which are not limited toMarketing Technologies, CRMs and Databases
- Strong knowledge in Marketing Technologies or platforms includingGoogle Analytics, SEO(i.e. SEMRush), Salesforce Marketing Cloud,Social Media Marketing(i.e. Sprinklr)
- Solid Experience inExcel and advanced SQL
- Experience withPython or RLanguage will be advantageous
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English is a must
- General knowledge ofReal Estate industry is a plus
