Data Analyst, Business Transformation & Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex and unstructured data to provide valuable insights to our various teams, clients & internal projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include generating monthly reports, delivering strategic recommendations, and creating user-friendly dashboards that drive data-informed decision-making across the business units.

What you will be doing:

• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Generate monthly reports summarizing key findings and recommendations for clients.
• Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities where data-driven insights can help enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas for optimization within existing processes.
• Develop recommendations and strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
• Collaborate with various business units to understand their requirements and provide data-driven insights that align with their objectives.
• Design and develop intuitive dashboards that allow stakeholders to visualize and interact with the data effectively.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability through thorough quality checks and validation processes.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data for process improvements and enhanced business performance.

Were looking for someone who is having:

• MBA from reputed Tier 2-3 colleges with 1-2 years of experience in business analytics.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing and interpreting data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify meaningful insights from complex data sets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Macros is an add-on advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
