Job Role: Looking after press shop quality
Reporting To: Department head
Educational Qualification: Diploma in mechanical/Automobile engg.
Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities: 4 to 10 Years
Job Responsibilities
1) Handling customer feedback in shifts.
2) Take corrective actions in dies for panel quality improvement
3) Quality maintenance activities at press machines
4) Maintain panel accuracy
5) Documention related to ISO 9001:2015
6) System adherence audit
Competencies / Skills
Technical/ Functional:

1) Awareness about press panel quality defects and panel inspection method
2) Understanding of 2D drawing reading and panel scanning report reading
3) Panel accuracy on panel checker
4) Control repair and rejection (PDCA/5 WHY analysis)
Behavioral:
1). Good communication skills & customer handling.
2). Disciplined & must follow all the rules & guidelines in the shop floor.
3). Ability to work as a team leader.
