Job Description
- Identify and develop opportunities to maximize penetration in key organizations.
- To ensure headcount plan is maintained through the year by managing attrition & timely recruitment of staff.
- Ensure FOS achieves all KPI and KPA standards through the FOS assigned by monitoring phone calls and face-to-face visits besides monthly financial targets.
- Identify training needs of the staffs and arrange for appropriate training programs in liaison with MLS.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with top management of target market companies & existing customers to enhance the cross-sell opportunities.
- Acting as an external personal contact between the bank and its existing and potential markets.

- Ensure FOS are conducting micro marketing activities that include Kiosk activities and other direct marketing activities.
- Review MIS identify opportunities of growth, sales trends & maintain effective performance management standards.
- Ensure FOS drive participation in all team activities like morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, Lean & rewards celebrations.
To keep abreast with the market dynamics and share learnings with NSM, Head of sales for areas of Improvement and concerns.
