• Ensure timely tax submissions
• Ensure timely payment of statutory payments and compliance like TDS, GST, quarterly advance tax.
• Ensure TDS Compliance and quarterly TDS Return filing on time.
• Ensure GST compliance and monthly return filing on time.
• Ensure GST records adequately stored and managed
• Handling GST inspectors and providing information to them.
• Handling TDS, GST and Tax queries from authorities.
• Closely working with Group tax team
• Closely working with Branch Admin and PICGC teams
• Ensuring timely in Vendor payments and reimbursement
• Ensure correct booking of expenses cost center wise and FA
• Ensure month end closure activities including provisions, amortization, depreciation, and capitalization of FA.
• Assisting in annual closure and audit to team.
• Optimizing vendor processes and enhancing internal controls, renowned for driving significant cost savings and improving vendor relationships.
• Assist in preparation and submission of regulatory returns including managing Risk Based Supervision (RBS) which determines the Banks rating from regulatory perspective in absence of AVP Finance
• MIS
• 
  Ensure timely and accurate preparation and publishing MIS to management and business team.
• Reporting to RBI and HO
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of Returns to RBI and other regulators
• Adherence to the calendar for submission of Returns
• Taxation
• Direct Tax
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of E TDS return and issuing quarterly TDS certificate to vendor and customers.
• Indirect Tax
• Ensure timely submission of GST and MCR returns by consultants and it accuracy.
• Vendor payments, staff reimbursement, provisioning, expenses booking and accounting
• Ensure timely payment to vendor and staff for reimbursements
• Accurate accounting of payment and expenses
• Compliance with TDS deduction and booking of Cenvat credit for GST
• Ensuring /computing adequate provision of expenses, loan and other on monthly basis and accounting of the same.
• Computing amortization of income and expenses on monthly basis and accounting of the same as per SOP.
• Fixed assets accounting and depreciation.
• Timely Accounting fixed assets as per the fixed assets policy

• Computing depreciation on monthly basis as per policy and accounting the same. (including amortization of intangible assets)

• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
• Assistant Manager finance in delivering his responsibility.
• Interacting with stakeholder, vendor and auditor for their requirements.
• Sound accounting and tax knowledge
• Proficiency in Windows/Excel and all other computer applications as required for handling the finance and tax functions.
• Need to be good in working on numbers and interpretation of tax laws.
• Should be proficient in Financial Sector accounting and all other statutory requirements.
• Analytical and logical thinking, effective verbal and written communication/presentation skills, highly systematic and organized working style.
• Ability to act as a back-up for Manager - Finance & Accounts.
