Manager - Product Support.MGS Private Banking Products

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our Private Banking Products team as Product Support Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the wealth product team to develop and implement strategies that contribute to the growth of our Wealth Asset book. Your focus will be on enhancing our product offerings and designing effective campaigns to increase the asset book and overall profitability. • Collaborate closely with the wealth product team to identify market trends and customer needs, translating these insights into effective product strategies.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns for our private banking products, working cross-functionally to ensure maximum impact.
• Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics, identifying opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
• Conduct regular reviews of our product portfolio, recommending improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all product-related activities.
• Provide guidance and support to the product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  
• Stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies, integrating them into our product offerings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is essential, with a masters degree being advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in private banking or wealth management, is required.
• Proven success in developing and implementing product strategies that have driven business growth.
