Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Associate who can deliver end-to-end recruitment for niche roles in the Analytics, Data Engineering and GenAI domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean and X-ray searches, and experience leveraging AI-enabled recruitment tools. This role also demands strong stakeholder management and Recruitment SME expertise to guide hiring strategies and best practices.


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from requisition to onboarding for mid-to-senior level roles in analytics and technology.
  • Advanced Sourcing: Utilize Boolean strings, X-ray search, and AI-powered platforms to identify and engage top talent.
  • Domain-Specific Hiring: Prior experience in hiring for analytics, data science, Data Engineering, GenAIand technology roles is essential.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, ensuring alignment of role requirements and timelines.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor practices.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
