A Day in the Life
Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.
This role will provide support for MiniMed ERP and Finance Systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S4, OneStream, Readsoft, and Kofax.
This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronics Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Engages with business leaders to understand how strategies and data-driven changes can improve efficiencies and add value.
• Work with data sets to define use cases to improve products, processes and/or services.
• Collaborates with Business Relationship Manager (BRM), business stakeholders and IT Product Owners / Managers to develop business requirements for product or system changes.
• Drives business agenda during solution delivery process.
  
• Functional Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends in order to develop recommendations to solve business problems.
• Additional Skills: Problem Solving, Detail Oriented, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Customer Service, Process Improvement, Communication.
• Technology: Understanding of systems, software and technological concepts, Familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies.
• This role will provide support for MiniMed ERP and Finance Systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S4, OneStream, Readsoft, and Kofax.
  

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience required.
• Should have experience in Finance Systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S4, OneStream, Readsoft, and Kofax.
