Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor, distribution, service, licensing, and SaaS/technology agreements.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues, providing well-reasoned and practical advice to business teams.
- Assist in corporate governance and compliance under applicable laws such as the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations.
- Support due diligence and documentation in corporate transactions such as investments, mergers, and restructurings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, finance, tech, business) to align contract and compliance processes with organizational objectives.
- Track regulatory updates and summarize implications for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and refining templates, playbooks, and internal policies to improve efficiency and consistency in contract management.

- Strong foundation in corporate and commercial law, with hands-on experience in commercial contracting and compliance.
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret and communicate legal concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
- High level of ownership, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Collaborative approach with good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
