Specialist Investments
We are looking to hire a Specialist in the GSD Investment Consulting – Alternative Investments
The role will be responsible for working within the Client Team, specifically within the Alternative investment function to deliver excellent and consistent experience for all our clients through our channels of communication.
This role will support portfolio of clients, assisting the Onshore stakeholders on their day to day needs and use of the tool, as well as being responsible for preparing monthly Performance report for the Alternative investments consisting of Private Equity and Real Assets. Report preparation includes identifying and updating funds recurring cash flows and valuations in the application and calculation and analysis of performance measures like IRR. The incumbent in this role should have an understanding of the investment strategies and the importance of their role in achieving the company targets and client satisfaction scores.
We will count on you for:
- Daily work management and execution of performance reporting operations activities
- Update and analyse the PE related transactions into the system.
- Prepare the Private Equity and Real Assets Performance reports and analyse the accuracy of results.
- Coordinate with various related Onshore stakeholders for pending data and queries.
- Ensuring compliance with all internal and client policies
- Providing timely updates to AM and other stakeholders
What you need to have:
- Minimum 2 years experience overall
- Ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships with peers
- Experience in analyzing investment portfolios or researching investment managers located outside of India
- Preparing Investment Performance reports covering Internal Rate of Returns, Multiple of Capital Invested, etc.
- Exposure to Global Capital Markets and working knowledge of Private Equity world.
- Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint)
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills
- Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer and problem solver
- High attention to detail
- Good relationship skills, Proven ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
