About The Role
We are seeking a Full Stack AI/ML Developer with at least 3+ years of experience who can bridge the gap between machine learning research and production-ready applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that are scalable, efficient, and impactful. This is an onsite, full-time role based in our Gandhinagar office.
You Will Be Responsible For:

• Model Integration: Work with data scientists to integrate machine learning and deep learning models into scalable back-end architectures.
• API Development: Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs to serve model predictions and data insights.
• Frontend Engineering: Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Data Handling: Develop data pipelines and storage solutions (SQL/NoSQL) to support real-time and batch processing.
• Optimization & Monitoring: Optimize model performance, ensure scalability, and set up monitoring/logging solutions for AI systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, designers, and other development members.
  

Ideal Profile:

• 
  Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Full Stack Engineer (front-end & back-end) with AI/ML project experience.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (TypeScript, HTML, JavaScript, React.js or similar).
• Solid back-end knowledge (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), etc.
• Stay at the forefront of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and emerging AI technologies.
• Understanding of multimodal AI systems (text, image, audio).
• Experience with AI frameworks/libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI applications.
• Skilled with database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Excellent professional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
