Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute investment strategy across:
Real estate (development and asset management in the UAE and UK)
Private investments (control and minority stakes in growth and mature companies)
Operating businesses (e.g., construction services, blockchain, tech platforms)
Public markets (oversight of third-party managed portfolios)
Strategic acquisitions in Europe with Gulf expansion potential
Lead portfolio management, capital allocation, and exit strategies
Oversee group-wide financial reporting, liquidity, capital structure, and risk

Represent the Group in investor, board, JV, and market-facing engagements
