Role Purpose
We are looking for an FP&A-driven Financial Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and analysis.
The role involves overseeing financial planning, risk management, process improvement and management reporting automation. You will work closely with senior management to inform business decisions and contribute to the company's overall financial strategy.

What You Will Do
- Budgeting & Forecasting: prepare annual budgets and update forecasts on a regular basis. Work with department heads to gather information and ensure budget alignment. Identify areas for cost optimization and operational efficiencies.
- Financial Analysis: develop, implement, and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Prepare detailed management financial reports, including weekly, monthly, annual reports.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to maintain control over financial activities.
- Management reporting automation: participate or lead in current management reporting automation.
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Assess and document current business processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement and inefficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership in strategic decision-making by providing financial data, analysis and recommendations.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an FP&A-driven Financial Manager with a strong modelling mindset and passion for building smarter financial systems.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial experience.
- Technical Skills: advanced Excel skills, experience with financial analysis tools, knowledge of financial and ERP software (e.g., 1C is preferable, SAP, Oracle, etc),. Proficiency in Excel complicated formulas, PIVOTs.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial reporting process and standards, accounting principles.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Language: Russian is required.
- Assessment readiness: Comfortable completing an Excel financial modelling test.
- Interview process: Open to 1- 2 interview stages plus technical validation.
