Business Development Specialist

We are hiring for Business Development team.

Preferable work experience should be 7-12 years.

Total Positions

4 (Four)

1. Strong knowledge of DTCP/Haryana policies, TCP regulations, licensing, CLU, EDC/IDC, and related authorities;
2. Hands-on experience in land due diligence, title checks, zoning/master plan analysis, and deal feasibility;
3. Ability to interpret policies, government notifications, and assess regulatory impact on land deals;
4. Sound commercial understanding of land valuation, FAR/density norms, development costs, and deal IRRs;
5. Experience in landowner negotiations and structuring transactions (JV/JDA/outright purchase);
6. Good understanding of NCR/Haryana micro-markets, pricing trends, and infrastructure developments.

Criteria

1. Preference IPC (CBRE/JLL/Knight Frank)- Capital Markets with expertise of Land transactions
2. Preference other RE Developers (Expert in land policies, Layouts experts, Zoning etc)
3. Preference from RP teams (knowledge of IBC/Legal/Resolutions)
