Description
* Organising and managing the executives calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinating and managing confidential information with discretion.
* Assisting in the preparation and coordination of meetings and events.
* Monitoring and managing email communications on behalf of the executive.

Requirements:
