Job Description
- Opportunity to work with a Category II Alternative Investment Fund
- Opportunity to take a handson role in executing fundraising
- Hands-on role requiring strong capability in opening avenues, lead generation, investor outreach, and long-term relationship building
- Responsibility to effectively balance and execute across deal-making, fundraising activities, and compliance-related coordination
- Active involvement in end-to-end fundraising efforts, including investor identification, pitching, follow-ups, and closing discussions
- Support deal execution by enabling strategic introductions, managing investor relationships, and coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience engaging and raising capital from targeted investor pools, including small to mid-sized funds, funds facing fundraising challenges, and family offices
The Successful Applicant
A successful Manager - Fundraising should have:
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in capital raising, investor relations, or business development within the investment ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience working with small to midsized funds, funds facing fundraising constraints, and family offices
- Proven ability to independently source leads, open doors, and manage investor relationships through the fundraising lifecycle

- Strong understanding of relationshipdriven fundraising, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders and decisionmakers
- High levels of ownership, diligence, and professionalism, with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, performanceoriented environment
- Working familiarity with applicable regulatory and compliance frameworks, including SRBI, SEBI, and RUSI, as relevant to fundraising and investment activities is a plus
