Job Description
- Drive strategic transformation initiatives in a Finance Department
- Minimum 5 years experience in transformation

- Communicate and track transformation targets across the organisation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to develop actionable improvement plans
- Partner with FP&A and business units to identify and implement efficiency initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and report financial and operational impact of transformation projects
- Drive implementation of digital solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Coach stakeholders to accelerate continuous improvement and ensure robust execution
- Segregate initiatives into financial (EBITDA) vs non-financial for reporting purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in transformation or improvement initiatives
- Background in manufacturing, industrial sectors, or large-scale corporate environments
- Strong critical?thinking and problem?solving skills with the ability to influence constructively
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
