- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards relevant to the Property and Real Estate Development industry.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support the companys goals.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Support audits and ensure timely submission of statutory filings and compliance reports.
The Successful Applicant
A successful VP Accounts should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CA or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proven expertise in managing financial operations in the Property and Real Estate Development industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
