Senior Accountant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accounts Executive based in Delhi, India. The role focuses on GST compliance and export operations. The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for:

• Managing GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensuring timely submissions.
• Handling GST audits and staying updated with changes in GST laws.
  
• Preparing and maintaining export documentation such as shipping bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and ensuring smooth clearance of shipments.
• Managing foreign inward remittances by clearing Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) and ensuring compliance with FOREX regulations.
• Reconciling accounts related to export sales and providing accurate reports to senior management.

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in GST compliance and export documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Busy accounting software (experience with other ERP systems is a plus).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience in the automotive or export industry will be an added advantage.
