About the job
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive for an international food trading company headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with operations across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The role will support sales growth, business development, and market expansion across the region.
This position is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing directly to business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Promote products and services to potential customers.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets;
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within trading or FMCG.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in food trading or international companies is an advantage.
- Availability to join immediately or on short notice is preferred.
