Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager Legal & Secretarial to manage end-to-end legal, corporate secretarial, compliance, litigation, and intellectual property matters. The role requires a Law graduate (LL.B.), preferably a Company Secretary (CS), with hands-on experience in corporate and commercial legal functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial, employment, consultancy, NDA, licensing, and inter-company agreements.
- Manage contract lifecycle, renewals, amendments, and legal risk assessment.
- Handle litigation, arbitration, consumer disputes; coordinate with external counsels and maintain case trackers.
- Prepare responses to legal notices, complaints, and regulatory communications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, commercial, and consumer laws.
- Manage company secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, including statutory filings and maintenance of records.
- Advise management on governance and compliance best practices.
- Manage intellectual property matters including trademarks, copyrights, filings, renewals, and enforcement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- LL.B. mandatory; Company Secretary (CS) preferred
- 2 - 8 yearsof relevant legal and secretarial experience

- Prior in-house experience preferred; law firm experience with corporate exposure acceptable
