Junior Order Management & Technical Support

We are looking for a junior or a fresh graduate to join our team at Multi-Wing India in Pune as a Junior Order Management & Technical Support. This is a full-time, 100% on-site role, offering an exciting opportunity to start your career in an international manufacturing company.

This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates. We provide onboarding and training, and no prior full-time experience is required. We welcome applications from fresh graduates as well as junior professionals with 02 years of professional experience, who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our team. Summary of responsibilities:

As a Junior Order Management & Technical Support, you will be responsible for handling orders from Multi-Wing India customers managed by the designated Sales Account Holders. You will provide service in a way that secures Multi-Wings position as a valued commercial partner and a leading supplier of axial impellers.

You will also be responsible for effective cooperation with the Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping teams at Multi-Wing India, enabling Multi-Wing to deliver operational excellence in line with our value proposition.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Customer account management
• Identifying and developing new customers
• Understanding customers application requirements and recommending suitable products
• Managing end-to-end sales solutions and the customer support cycle

• Preparing technical and commercial agreements with customers
• Coordinating orders with production and logistics teams
• Addressing and resolving customer issues and complaints
• Reading technical drawings and releasing BOMs in the ERP system, including reporting and maintaining data
• Performing ad-hoc activities and projects as assigned by management

Key Requirements:

• Solid technical background with a degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Up to 2 years of professional experience (internships welcome)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• High level of enthusiasm and persistence in achieving goals
• Highly structured, analytical, detail- and fact-oriented
• Autonomous, visionary, innovative, proactive, and self-motivated
