Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to play a critical role in evolving and modernizing our trading and investment platforms. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on improving complex financial user journeys while maintaining speed, precision, and regulatory awareness.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to redesign core experiences, introduce scalable design systems, and ensure user-centric thinking is embedded across the product lifecycle. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and enjoys simplifying complex products for global users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance core user journeys including onboarding, trading flows, portfolio management, and market discovery.
• Translate complex financial and trading concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Create and maintain
  
  design systems, components, and UI standards to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features efficiently.
• Lead design execution from concept to launch, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Advocate for user-centric decisions while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to elevating overall design quality and design maturity across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably within fintech, trading platforms, crypto, or complex consumer products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work and shipped features.

  Solid understanding of UX principles for data-heavy, transactional platforms.
• Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in agile environments.
• Ability to make confident design decisions under tight timelines and evolving requirements.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting design rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to or building design systems in scaling products.
