This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating with department heads on staffing needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves strategizing employee engagement initiatives and talent development programs to support organizational growth.

• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Workplace Mediation
