Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to expand our market presence through strategic channel partner and dealer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, presenting our products effectively, developing business plans with dealers, and appointing new dealers to achieve significant sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Channel Partner & Dealer Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and dealers.
  • Conduct regular meetings to understand their needs, provide product updates, and ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Address dealer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Product Presentations & Promotion:

  • Effectively present our products and their benefits to dealers, architects, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide product training and support to dealers to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.

Business Development Planning:

  • Collaborate with dealers to develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Set realistic sales targets and track performance against agreed-upon goals.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth within the dealer network.

Dealer Appointment & Expansion:

  • Identify and recruit new dealers to expand our market reach.
  • Evaluate potential dealers based on their market presence, capabilities, and alignment with our company values.
  • Negotiate and finalize dealer agreements.
  • Onboard new dealers, and provide them with the necessary tools and training to succeed.
  • Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
