Data Scientist

What role you will play in team: You will be a crucial member of our team, developing and implementing machine learning models to improve customer experience, enhance risk management, and optimize operational efficiency across the bank.

What you will do: You will use your skills in data science and machine learning to build predictive models, analyze large datasets, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement machine learning models for various business applications (fraud detection, customer segmentation, etc.).
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns and trends.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define problems and solutions.
• Develop and present reports and visualizations to communicate findings.
  
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
• Contribute to the development of new data science methodologies and tools.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R.
• Experience with various machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
