Required Skills:

• Experience: 5-10 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the BIM, AEC, or construction technology industry.
• Knowledge of BIM Software Services: Strong understanding of BIM workflows, software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.), and its applications in construction and design.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating revenue, closing high value deals, and building long-term client relationships.
• Networking & Relationship Building: Strong industry connections and ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation skills.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop go-to market strategies.
  

Roles And Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales Strategy

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our services across different geographies and industry segments.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients in the AEC, Industry.
• Achieve revenue and sales targets by driving lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Should have handled revenue targets
  

Client Relationship Management

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and technology partners.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored BIM solutions that add value to their projects.
