About The Role
We are hiring AI Engineers to build agentic, decision-driven AI systems that power Neos conversational interfaces, assistants, and execution workflows.
This is not a chatbot or prompt-engineering role.
You will work on AI systems that interpret intent, orchestrate tools, enforce guardrails, and fail safely in a regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities

Build agent-based AI workflows
Implement hybrid systems combining Classical ML +Generative AI
Design tool-calling, validation, and fallback mechanisms
Integrate AI with OMS, portfolios, reporting, and alerts
Ensure AI behavior is explainable, auditable, and compliant

Own system behavior during failures and ambiguity

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience building production AI / ML systems
Backend engineering fundamentals (Python / APIs / services)
Experience deploying models or AI services behind Flask or Fast APIs
Understanding of evaluation beyond accuracy (precision, latency, cost)
Comfortable debugging failures in live environments
