POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a motivated B2B Digital Marketing Business Development Manager to join our remote team. This role combines outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and account management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work during US business hours.
This is a full-time remote position requiring availability during US Eastern or Central time zone business hours.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound Sales & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients within target industries
Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Follow up consistently with prospects through the sales cycle
Inbound Lead ManagementRespond promptly to inbound inquiries from the website, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Qualify leads and determine fit for agency services
Nurture warm leads through a consultative sales approach
Convert qualified leads into signed clientsAccount Management & Client RelationsMaintain regular communication with existing clients
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within, current client base
Conduct quarterly business reviews and check-ins
Address client questions and coordinate with a delivery team as needed
Monitor client satisfaction and retention
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, web services, or agency environment
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong understanding of US business culture and communication styles
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Self-motivated with an ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable with technology and learning new platforms
Available to work during US business hours (EST or CST)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, web development)
Familiarity with WordPress, Google Ads, or SEO concepts
Experience selling retainer-based services or recurring revenue models
Background in consultative or solution-based selling

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Month 3+: Full responsibilities, including outbound prospecting with a target of 2-4 new clients per month
Maintain response time of under 2 hours for inbound leads during business hours
Conduct a minimum of 20 meaningful prospect conversations per week
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates
