Key requirements:Content planning- always on a look out for new places where we can shoot content, these places should resonate with our brand persona.Maintaining and managing the shopify store.Reach out to influencers and negotiate collaboration terms, including compensation and content requirements.Develop and manage influencer campaigns, including creating content plans, coordinating logistics, and tracking performance.Strategic thinker capable of aligning social media strategies with business goals.Ideate and create compelling and engaging social media content, including posts, images, videos, and stories.Manage and maintain the brands presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend adjustments.Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns, and report on the results to stakeholders.Build and maintain relationships with influencers, and act as a point of contact for influencers during campaigns.Keen to learn videography and photography skills.Organising and coordinating photoshoots and content shoots.Customer interaction, working as a liaison between the brand and the customers.Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
About the role:As we operate from Kanpur, you are willing to travel between cities, when necessaryYou are willing to take up new responsibilities as and when necessary.Experience- 0-2 years.You are inclined towards fashion and apparel designing.
