Our CFO support service team provide various services in finance and accounting function like ERP implementation, legacy accounting, audit assistance, GAAP advisory, Finance transformation, health checks/ clean-up of books of accounts and other services. By partnering closely with our clients, we work to minimize risks related to finance and accounting, providing a strategic, hands-on approach that strengthens overall financial operations and ensures long-term compliance and stability.
Within finance transformation business, we provide solutions to forward looking organizations aiming to optimize financial operations, enhance decision-making, and align finance with strategic objectives. Our services cut-across optimizing org structures, implementing technologies and improvising processes.

Role Description
Lead client accounting and audit readiness, guide teams, and contribute to ERP transformation and financial reporting improvements.
Key Result Areas:
1. High-Quality & Timely Client Delivery Deliver 100% of recurring client outputs on time with ?2 escalations annually. Client deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality benchmarks; ?90% positive client feedback.
2. Improved Process Efficiency & Compliance Achieve 1015% YoY improvement in process turnaround time and maintain full compliance with TDS, GST, and accounting regulations. Zero non-compliance observations in reviews/audits; reduced processing time for standard tasks.

3. Robust Reporting & Audit Readiness Deliver accurate MIS reports and maintain audit-ready documentation at all times. 100% on-time submission of MIS packs; all audit queries addressed within stipulated timelines.
4. Knowledge Contribution & Client Engagement Publish 23 client case studies/articles annually and support ongoing client communications. Thought leadership contributions published; active involvement in newsletters or client documentation.
5. People Development & Digital Adoption Mentor at least one team member and apply at least one digital tool to improve internal efficiency. Documented mentorship outcomes and process improvement through automation or analytics implementation.
