We are a fast-paced Agritech startup working on IoT, machine learning-based risk mitigation solutions for agriculture. Using real-time farm data coming from IoT device, we help farmers take on-farm decisions in irrigation, sprays for disease, pests and fertigation.
We are focused on horticulture crops and working on increasing production quality and quantity at a lower cost of cultivation.
About The Role
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated ML engineers to join our engineering . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision. You will be responsible for transforming complex agriculture data into actionable insights, leading innovative projects, and driving data-driven success within our organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Modeling:
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and implement machine learning models .
• Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering to optimize model performance.
• Create LLM models based on proprietary data and public data.
• NLP & Computer Vision:
• Implement and fine-tune NLP models for various applications such as Named Entity Recognition (NER), text classification, and sentiment analysis.
• Develop computer vision models for tasks such as object detection and image classification.

• Research and Development:
• Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Experiment with new algorithms and technologies to enhance existing solutions and propose innovative applications.
• DevOps & Cloud Integration:
• Utilize DevOps tools like Git and Docker for version control and containerization.
• Deploy machine learning models and applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS.
• Project Leadership:
• Lead and contribute to projects involving data collection, data cleaning, and model deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports.
  

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, JavaScript , R or similar languages.

  Get Hired
  Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Experience with data science tools: Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly.
• Proficiency in machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, or similar.
• Expertise in NLP tools: NLTK, SpaCy, HuggingFace.
• Competence with DevOps tools: Git, Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWZ etc.
  

Experience

• At least 3+ years of experience in data science, AI, or machine learning roles.
• Proven track record of leading projects and delivering successful solutions in an internship or professional setting.
