Techno Legal Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Techno-Legal Manager to lead Contract Management across infrastructure and EPC projects. The role will be responsible for end-to-end contract governance, commercial risk management, and leading a team of techno-legal and contracts professionals supporting multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Contract Management across projects, from Contract Review to close-out
  
• Review, interpret, and advice on EPCcontracts, work orders, amendments, and contractual correspondence
  
• Establish and enforce Contractual Governance frameworks, procedures, and
  
  approval workflows
  
• Identify, assess, and mitigate Contractual, Commercial, and Execution risks proactively
  
• Lead variation, extension of time (EOT), claims, and counter-claims strategy
  
• Ensure timely issuance of notices, reservations, correspondence, and compliance with contractual timelines
  
• Oversee preparation and review of contractual submissions, records, and

• Interface with clients, consultants, and legal advisors on contractual and dispute-related matters
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution through structured documentation

Work location - Gurugram.

(Occasional Travel to Client Location)

Candidate Profile

• Graduate Engineer (Civil / Mechanical or related discipline) with LLB qualification
• 8 to 15 years of experience in Contract Management / Techno-Legal roles
• Strong exposure to EPC / infrastructure projects
• Proven capability in handling contracts, claims, variations, EOTs, and contractual risk
• Experience in team leadership preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and commercial acumen
