US IT Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs and collaborate with managers to understand job requirements.
• Design and post job descriptions across job portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, databases, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Evaluate candidates knowledge of technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, SAP, etc.).
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including interview coordination, rate/salary negotiation (W2/C2C/1099), and offer extension.
• Take references and conduct due diligence checks.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
• Act as a point of contact during the entire selection process.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Promote the companies reputation as a best place to work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 1- 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment and worked with direct clients/ MSP.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology.
• Experience working with tax terms: W2 and C2C
• Knowledge of US visa categories.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Goal-oriented with multitasking and problem-solving skills.

You can directly come for the walk-in interview from 20th April to 20th May. Saturday and Sunday will be week-offs.
