URGENT HIRING ENGINEERING MANAGER (Oil & Gas / EPC/M ) Novargi International FZCO, Dubai JLT DMCC, UAE
Location: Dubai (Base) + Require Travel to Iraq, Africa & Other Project Sites as required.

Role Overview:
We are urgently recruiting an Engineering Manager to support Novargi's expanding portfolio of international EPC projects for the MENA & APAC region. The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure high-quality technical delivery across all project phases. This is a strong opportunity to join a growing global EPC player and lead major international developments.
Key Requirements:
1015 years of engineering experience in Oil & Gas / Natural Gas / Energy.
Minimum 57 years in an Engineering Manager / Lead Engineer role.

Strong EPC background (Design ? Execution ? Commissioning).
Ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Proven experience interfacing with clients, vendors & contractors.
Must be willing to travel to Iraq, Africa, and other Novargi project locations.
