Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other non-voice communication channels.
  • Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions or information.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Work with other teams to escalate and resolve complex or technical issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to team performance goals.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in training sessions and continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Freshers with no prior work experience are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on grammar and clarity.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, MS Office, and internet applications.
