- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other non-voice communication channels.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Work with other teams to escalate and resolve complex or technical issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to team performance goals.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve your knowledge and skills.

- Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, MS Office, and internet applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
