Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager, based in Hisar. The Territory Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies to grow market share. Additional responsibilities include managing distributors, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Regular reporting and collaboration with internal teams to align with company objectives will also be key aspects of this role.

  • Strong skills in sales strategy, business development, and account management
  • Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify sales opportunities
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
