Finance Manager

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-driven. The role focuses on accounting closures, financial reporting, audit readiness, and bringing structure to day-to-day finance operations in a growing environment.

This is a pure individual-contributor role with end-to-end ownership of assigned finance deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Closures

• Independently manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closures
• Ensure accounting records and treatments comply with IND-AS / IFRS
• Maintain clean books through reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and periodic reports

• Support variance analysis and ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data
• Maintain strong reporting discipline and data hygiene

Audit Readiness

• Prepare all workings, schedules, and documentation required for audits
• Address audit queries and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain records in an audit-ready state at all times

Process & Structure

• Bring structure to finance operations through SOPs, trackers, and checklists
• Improve documentation standards and reporting formats
• Identify gaps and support process improvements

Data & Analysis

• Be data-savvy, with strong capability to work on large datasets and spreadsheets

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong working knowledge of IND-AS and/or IFRS
• Hands-on experience with monthly closures and reporting
• Experience supporting audit preparation
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in evolving, semi-structured environments
• Strong Excel and data-handling skills

Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 37 years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting roles
