Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Performance Media Lead (Associate Business Director) with strong expertise in full-funnel media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will independently lead a POD, drive performance excellence across digital channels, manage key client relationships, and mentor high-performing teams. This role requires a strategic, data-driven professional with hands-on experience in D2C/E-commerce customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the POD independently, ensuring delivery excellence across all performance media initiatives.
- Own end-to-end media strategy with a full-funnel approach (awareness to conversion/sales).
- Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, DV360, and Amazon DSP.
- Drive customer acquisition strategies for D2C and E-commerce businesses.
- Manage and optimize media budgets with a strong focus on ROI, efficiency, and scale.
- Act as the primary client-facing lead, managing expectations and building long-term relationships.
- Leverage analytics and measurement tools to derive actionable insights and improve performance.
- Coach, mentor, and manage team members to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on media innovations, tech integrations, publishers, and DMPs.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, media strategy, and full-funnel planning.
- Hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic platforms, Amazon Ads/DSP.

- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Firebase, and other measurement tools.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background
- Agency experience is mandatory.
- Experience handling performance-led, funnel-based accounts (top, mid, bottom).
- Exposure to categories such as Auto, Consumer Electronics, Health Technology, and FMCG.
