Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for real estate agents, sales teams, and corporate roles

High-volume hiring of property consultants and sales professionals

Sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking

Conducting interviews, screening, and salary negotiations

Managing onboarding coordination with HR and management

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to Dubai real estate hiring

Proven experience hiring real estate brokers, sales agents, and leasing teams

Strong market knowledge of Dubai real estate recruitment trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
