& Responsibilities
  • Participate in and contribute to Card Services weekly metrics meetings to support process efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Manage Weekly AP Error Report to ensure timely resolution and payment to both the bank and employees for approved expense claims. This involves identifying discrepancies, coordinating with relevant departments to rectify issues, and ensuring that all approved claims are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage and resolve employee tickets via the ServiceNow tool in a timely manner.
  • Conduct daily audit reviews to identify expenses that may be outside policy and assign them to the appropriate expense administrator for further review.
  • Coordinate T&E Card and Concur project implementations as required.
  • Efficiently manage and maintain the monthly calendar for Travel and Expense tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company policies and deadlines.
  • Maintain knowledge of Card Services policies for T&E and P-Card, procedures, and reporting.

Qualification & Key Competencies
  • Minimum three years experience with card services programs including T&E and P-Card preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a desire to continuously improve processes.
  • Metric-driven with high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.
  • Good collaborator and business partner.
  • Alignment with the organizations purpose, strategies, and leadership principles.
  • Proficiency in Concur (Travel and Expense system).
  • Proficiency in Oracle R12.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills.
  • Excel skills (desirable).
  • PeopleSoft skills (desirable).
