Job Description
Responsibilities
- Visit dealers in person to present our platform, explain key benefits, and guide them through the onboarding process
- Actively pursue and close direct sales by offering relevant products and services to dealers based on their needs
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during and after the onboarding process to grow dealer engagement and revenue
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business development
- Gather feedback from dealers and stay informed about market trends to suggest improvements in services or offerings
- Conduct regular follow-ups with onboarded dealers to ensure smooth usage of the platform and introduce new sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, sales activities, and dealer feedback, and report regularly to the supervisor.
- Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Must be fluent in English, and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in dealer management, business development, or a related role. Experience in a platform or technology-driven business is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with dealers and influence key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close business deals.
- Able to understand and explain digital platform features and functionalities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions to meet the needs of dealers.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with dealers across various locations
