Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, social media platforms, and client referrals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers and investors.
  
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Stay informed on new project launches, payment plans, and current market trends.
• Negotiate offers professionally and close deals successfully.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE off-plan real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi developers and projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
